Common questions

SPEAKER SYSTEM RENTAL FAQ

Which speaker system should I choose?

For ceremonies, cocktail hours, outdoor gatherings and portable setups of approximately 25–50 guests, the Portable Battery PA System provides two battery-powered WAVE-EIGHT speakers plus a battery-powered subwoofer. For parties, weddings and DJ events of approximately 50–100 guests, the RCF EVOX J8 package is a practical starting point. For larger events of approximately 150–200 guests that need stronger bass and output, choose the QSC Large Sound Package.

How many people can the systems cover?

Guest count is approximate because room size, acoustics, event type and desired volume all matter. The RCF package is positioned for events up to approximately 100 guests, while the QSC package is intended for larger events. Send us your venue and guest count and we can confirm the right system.

Is delivery and setup available?

Yes. Delivery and setup is available from $100, with final logistics and pricing confirmed for your event.

Can I add wireless microphones?

Yes. Wireless microphone systems can be added to the same quote request.

Can I add DJ equipment?

Yes. Professional DJ equipment can be added to your quote when your event needs it.

Is a mixer available?

Yes. The Yamaha MG12XU 12-channel mixer is available for $120 and can be added to a speaker-system quote when you need multiple microphones or playback sources combined.

What is included with the rental?

Each sound-system listing includes the equipment shown above and Two (2) XLR audio cables. The QSC package also includes Two (2) speaker poles. Delivery, setup and other add-ons are quoted separately when requested.
